Support Packages

Hardware Maintenance

We endeavour to repair all hardware on site. These include internal components of the computer as well as monitors, printers and scanners.

Network Support

We provide support for computer networks which includes support for the server and individual computers linked to the network. We have vast experience in Network Administration.

Operating System Support

In the event of faults or simply for technical support we offer telephone, remote desktop or on site support.

General Support

Under our Service Level Agreement, as well as guaranteed response times, we offer 20% discounted labour rates via a pre-payment package.
