In addition to UK Government Security Certification for our Property Management Software, UCT has also achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for its operations.
The ISO 9000 family of standards, released in December 2000, is an internationally recognised quality management system developed by The International Organisation of Standardisation (ISO). ISO 9001:2000 is a process-based standard that allows organisations to link business objectives more directly with business effectiveness.
During the assessment, The Framework was found to fully comply with the ISO standard. Zero nonconformities were found. For the Framework to be certified, the management at UCT had to account for a range of activities including staff training, customer interaction, meeting customer requirements, and delivering products and services.
The successful completion of ISO 9001 registration is an important achievement for UCT Limited and our employees. This sends a clear message to our customers and stakeholders with regard to our high-level commitment to quality.
